People just need to figure out a proper list of potential yabs and program her to not get baited by them.
Personality profiles are already a thing on chatbots, so the future will be custom made chatbot profiles combined with the character.
Like right now people create concepts with art and rigs and find the right girls to play them, the future will involve "personality artists" creating the profile of an AI girl to match an art design and create vtubers much like artists and writers now create characters for games.
It will be a good business model even indies can do, create a bunch of vtubers see which sticks.
At some point there will be so much market saturationt hat marketing alone will make a big difference and small creators will struggle standing out.
But it will still be possible.
As AI vtubers become a thing their managers will need to do new innovations to keep their vtubers relevant, because AI is static it cannot change like a normal person.
So creators will come up with evolution and development for their AI, stories that develop, like patch updates.
Some AI vtubers will even be programmed with a low starting point for their singing or gaming capacity so those can be slowly raised to give the illusion of growth.

All of this and more will come to happen I can see it in the alphabet soup.

I don't think anything will be replaced entirely, different niches will be created.
As you say the human aspect of the experience is something that will forever separate AI vtubers from real vtubers.
Just like some of the very parasocial GFE enjoyers will be drawn by the purity of AI, some will still prefer the real girls even with all the risk and baggage that come with them.
No real way of guessing which will be more popular than the other but AI and real vtubers will have to share the same space.

AI vtuber has other perks besides being pure, true and static. They also don't take breaks and stick to their schedule, they can stream as much as the manager wants.
Also the potential for an AI to be entertaining is very high, they can be very good at saying shit that seems witty and thought out and even shit like humor can be sort of emulated by AI.
A top performer real vtuber can be very funny and entertaining but a good AI vtuber is probably going to be better than many real vtubers that can't reach that high bar.

As AI gets even better it will get harder and harder to tell an AI is not real, the illusion will be so good people can be subconiously fooled into treating it as a real person.
We already see that happening with antisocial people who are more prone to it but even regular people can fall for it. We see it happen all the time with well written fictional characters or animals, people just treat them like real people.

it's just natural for humans to form bonds with things that produce semi-intelligent responses and show something like emotions
other people love characters from TV shows, even though they know the show is fiction, and the character will never acknowledge their existence
whether someone likes an AI vtuber or not probably comes down to whether the character says things that make them laugh, and whether it presents a persona that they find relatable or desirable, which is completely subjective
