When I got banned last night I thought about it and realized there are no chat rules. You have to have them. Twitch policies are pretty clear that any bad messages allowed through are bannable for the channel itself and they need to post and enforce their own chat rules up to a specific standard.

It's also a website full of fashionable Discord mods and furries who have an bitter hatred for any new "bad things" like crypto or AI. Twitch generally lets streamers they like get away with anything and selectively enforce rules to squash people they don't. No way an AI would ever pass this filter.
