They want to attract investors, western investors specifically. So they need equal female/male, inclusion and all the other bullshit for that sweet ESG rating (the reason why all other media like movies went to shit). This also means they play very safely specially on the EN side, so no "problematic" stuff (anything Gura does, since shes a loli)
