by the time it was Moona Hoshinova's reign (when moona took over the most subbed vtuber title from him) the Meta changed to Livestreaming. Andi is originally not hired for streaming, by contents alone he's a grandpa/dinosaur because he belongs to the Jurassic kizuna ai era. he also missed his biggest growth in 2020. So it's kinda late to start streaming frequently now but he's still lucky some people stayed for him. He does have a modern live2d model like picrel but i think he's too attached to his vroid one, but as long as the grandpa is happy i think whichever model he chooses is fine.

Been watching this guy for a few months now since his re-debut with his new model and I just can't anymore. He's his own worst enemy and tanks his own streams. He belittles his audience and gets into screaming meltdowns that just scare any newcomers and brings the mood down overall. He's just stressing to watch, its like being in a toxic relationship. Some examples are:

>the failed Phasmophobia stream and meltdown at his computer not working
>multiple venomous rants about Elon Musk that go on for too long
>one single insignificant tweet on one of his post about a drawing looking top young, launching him into a mad tirade about it
>Warhammer Darktide beta he didn't coordinate right with some of his mods and blaming them for not being able to partner up with him even though people were having problems with the game too, bringing the overall vibes down
>Project Winter stream he got mad at other vtubers for not being good at the game and called them stupid, even though for most of them it was their first time playing the game

Like I feel bad for the guy for all the shit he has gone through with that autistic stalker donator and the backstabbing former mods he had, but man he's also a pretty shitty person, and his streams are miserable to watch with how he just makes you feel like shit. He gets mad when people give him Bits because text-to-speech is on and talks over him. Like fuck dude, just turn it off then. Like you have to be a masochist to be on his streams.

This all sucks though because his past model clips with the dog and angel on youtube makes you think you're in for a fun, energetic, loving stream with occasional lewd jokes. But instead hes a pissed off, arrogant hyopcrite with anger issues and disdain for his audience.

My understanding is that Twitch is already known as a place for streamers for western audiences and has better discoverability for that. People go to Twitch to watch streams.
YouTube, on the other hand, isn't as good for general discoverability of stream content (though, it is getting a little better), and is more for prerecorded or edited content.
This, of course, is mostly in regards to smaller streamers looking to reach new viewers - if you have an audience already, just go where you want.

To me they appear to act like women. I have a basically non-sexual model, I would probably describe it as cute, and try to have a pretty tame and wholesome stream.
It's not like I would dislike gay fans, having a lot of gay viewers would be kind of flattering in a way. But ideally I want to appeal to a more female audience. Think a kind of cute traditional seiso idol who does traditional idol things while attempting to appeal to unicorns by being devoted to my viewers and not colabing with women. Yeah. Networking really is a huge problem for me, among quite a few others I'm sure. I'll just be frank. If you compare males to females with similar sized audiences, the males tend to have better streaming and streaming adjacent skills. I think the females are possibly better at networking and they tend to pick games and other stream content a bit more intelligently (they stick with the meta better and don't tend to pick massively debuffs games like many males do). For most part however comparing males and females of similar viewership is like comparing apples to oranges. It is simply much more difficult to get an audience as a male.

Anon this is going to disappoint you but you don't need to do a "graduation" stream once you get accepted into a corpo.
