Management don't create anything, poorly manage girls projects, so there is less reason to try. With Kiara the turn over from giving her the video to it being put out was fast. A group project still needs a leader pushing them but if management had someone like Kiara regularly kicking them into gear things would be better. Just a weekly main channel video would be enough.
