Kiara just needs to realize she has made it. She's in a really weird place where by any metric you can say she has made it. The issue is that because she lived in such a bad way for so long (Delta Fan I experienced this with my oshi) she has trouble recognizing it due to her fear that any second the rug will get pulled and she will lose everything again. Unironically a 3-5 week hiatus and return might be good for Kiara so she can see her fans and hololive aren't going to just abandon her and she can loosen up.

The bigger issue in all this is actual Japanese Black Idol companies creating the mindset that if your are not growing your brand and trying to get as big as possible as fast as possible you are doing something wrong. Which creates a ton of pressure to force being unique. Delta's singing voice was messed up because of this (it has since been going through a process of reconstruction) and Kiara constantly does crazy things to stand out which comes across as try hard compared to her genmates.
