The answer to "management problems" in HoloEN is to just let the girls have the same managers as the StarsEN. They actually get projects, covers, and most game perms (Sorry Noir) done.
The whole "girls don't wanna stream because their management is incompetent" argument would be nulled if they had the same managers as the boys do. They have an individual manager each, they can share.
