The upper levels that touch the sky of course. The lower levels can all be for defenses, and amusement. The tower needs to reach the highest height to avoid attack from the air and for storage. They say it is best to keep your food in the highest tree if you're out in the wilderness. Also you can even bring a vtuber up there to teach them about breeding.

Most greifers in my day went to scorched to rob drop hunters. I even watched a vtuber pull it off. The poor drop hunters didn't see it coming. Scorched drop hunting is a ancient past time. With not, but a teranadon you can harvest some decent blueprints if you are lucky. Scorched tends to be less busy too which makes it ideal. Can't have a crime if nobody is online to notice.

Vtubing is too niche for a Korean sweat shop to sell mass produced cosplay lingerie of a 5 ccv femchuuba with coomer fans.
Untapped market. Find some model willing to shoot erotic scenes and make her your Aphrodite. You could probably even model some of the photos yourself if that's your thing.
Since the photos will only go to a niche audience you'll need to charge more for the photos to cover the cost of your services.
Look. Here's just one example.
Ray0, and Spooki are both seemingly based seemingly wealthy patrons of vtubers.
They both seem to be fans of Arypie (a vtuber with less than 1,000 viewers I think). Would it be worth approaching them to see if they would work together in commissioning from you a photo set of a paid actress wearing Arypie cosplay you constructed?
Just some food for thought. Even if it worked out that's the limit of how to cash out on your skills I can think of. Milking coomers with flashy cosplay. Once spooky, and Ray0 go broke or move on you'll need to find new avenues.
Vtubing is just niche enough to have a small demand that the factories don't bother competing but just popular enough to have patrons with spending money.
