It tells us what we've known all along: men and women have different social needs from the opposite sex. Vtubers are inherently replacements for real world social bonds. Women have infinitely more sources of social bonds from the opposite sex and thus aren't in need of vtubers as much as men which means there is a smaller market for male vtubers.
