I feel like Rosemi's resolutions are things that you can't really accomplish without some professional help just speaking from my own experience with the same goals. It doesn't really sound like she has much of a plan to go about it other than "just doing it" which really doesn't work. Like anxiety isn't really something you just "get over."

Her stubbornness can definitely be a bit irritating but I hope she is just able to learn how to better deal with aspects of herself that she doesn't like rather than trying to change her personality because that's not how humans work.

She has said that she’s tried to go from being an introvert to an extrovert and I feel like that mindset is setting her up for failure. Even if she does become more outgoing her social battery is still gonna drain being around other people and she needs to realize that.

I'm no expert but that sounds literally impossible. She just needs to set healthy boundaries and communicate the best she can within her own limitations. Forcing yourself to try and be someone you're not is just going to make you feel really depressed and have even lower self esteem.
