I'm going to learn Japanese by watching vtubers, so I need to know who speaks Japanese the most naturally. I know Korone has a dumbass accent, and Coco's Japanese is too influenced by her English.

If you mean totally IRL natural then you have not accounted for the character voice that they use while streaming. This can have some affect on how they talk too. As far as I know Polka is the only one that actually uses her IRL voice while streaming so I guess she is your best bet if you want to learn to listen to everyday mainstream Kanto bend Japanese. But keep in mind that she can sometimes talk really fast to the point that JP's can't understand her.

If you're still learning, you're going to speak like a foreigner no matter what. You're better off watching coco since you'll get the occasional English that'll help tie you to the Japanese.
