Firstly no. Her ongs released by cover are absolutely horrendous. Like you wouldn't even beleive. But her karoke streams are actually unironically really good. Those who say she has no soul have probably not listened to her karoke singing of zi am being honest. I don't really like to compare her with Enna as she is a really different type of singer but she is really freaking good at what she does

This is one of her recent karoke streams and for all the people who say she doesn't have any soul.
The only problem one can point out with her singing is that her voice is generic. That's it. Rest everything she is really top notch at, especially her response to the beats that a lot of top vtubers fail at like Moona(the only other Holo I like)
Also the thing about IRyS's GFE is that it's not even GFE. She just teases you and play dumb most of the times. She isn't doing coomerbait stuff like the rest of the GFE vtubers. Even her recent members stream was more comedic than it was GFE.
Also whenever she plays games she needs the help of her chat to complete games. She doesn't mind backseating and in a way asks you(the audience/viewers) for her help.
This is like a wet dream for people like me.
These are some of the points about her.
She is also very kind and never gets angry and most of the times tried to give people what they expect from her. Almost all the vtubers i watch are like "No, I am not going to change myself, if you want this go watch someone else".
Well IRyS doesn't do that, she actually respects her audience. This is one of the reasons why her fans are so passionate about her.
And lastly about the lewd things, 50% of the times she just unintentionally says lewd things without knowing about it.
She honestly seems like a sweetheart to me IRL considering how much she takes care of her family. It's crazy how a woman from a company that I despise and someone who doesn't even do GFE has made me fall for her

I think most of those think voice crack or screaming at the top of your lungs is soulful while having perfect technic is not. Even IRyS said her singing "sound" more emotional when her voice is getting tired in one of her karaoke.
And I somewhat disagree with you that her voice is generic. It's generic in a sense that you hear that style of singing a lot in anime songs but not generic in the sense of that she doesn't have a style. Her style is cutesy and cheerful (like her personality on stream). Listen to her most well-performed cover Internet Overdose and you can see her style very clearly when compare it to other covers of the song (like Polka's chaotic/crazy style and Aqua's cutesy/dumb style)

Original songs in general have low numbers unless they're really hyped to hell and don't have their mvs released months after the song came out, something that constantly happens with IRyS. And also it's not really a matter of her being bad at singing (which she isn't) but the songwritting and composing being generic as fuck, which is something she has absolute no control over with Cover even denying Mori from writting songs for her, which isn't totally bad considering how 99% of her recent songs are performing but it shows how IRyS and Project:Hope's management are control freaks over her music production but don't know what the fuck to do with her when they keep asking English lyrics from ESL people and barely explore her vocal range.
