I have no idea how jannies and mods see their report screen but I often feel like they aren't presented with enough context. I've been banned in the past for reacting to a twitter screenshot of a vtuber. Did the mod not see the post I was quoting?

Or in the case of image spammers, perhaps they're presented with the single image post and see nothing wrong with it, but maybe if the mod entered the thread and saw the same guy has posted 50 images in a row, no messages, he'd see it's a pretty clear reason to ban him.

i had posts deleted for being "offtopic" when they were, in fact, on topic (like a clip from a stream, a twitter photo from a sub but still official vtuber profile, etc). But those vtubers are lesser known and they think its a dox when is just things they posted themselves on their official vtuber accounts.
