my trip never got removed from the rep lsit so on a technicality i am still the rep for /vrt/.

as for /yah/, while i did indeed never put anything officially down in writing since i was a bit of a mess towards the end, i did in fact discuss /yah/ and relations of them with /vrt/ with other writers and as far as i am aware i am also the only one that aknowledged their existance in the world at all in that aspect. There was also the fact tht as long as they were an active thread i did not want to write down any relations as foes since i do not like to enforce this when ther eis no rep. But from ym view we would ahve attacked their navy all the time to keep it nonexistant whiel they woudl still maanged too somehow sneak ships past us and attack our coasts as well as send bandits over the border into our land. And when the thread died due to the graduation of beatani i did make a statement of claiming we finally got rid of them for good and no one objected, beign invisible got it perks at times, so the slave situation would be the coonclusion to all that and would create more lore for /yah/ than they would have otherwise ever gotten.

The reason why i did that was because it is now a dead thread and thus no rep is happening anymore, i woould never make something even remotely close too nations with potential for rep as to why i have not even claimed islands close to /vrt/ despite everyone else agreeing they should be mine because other nations like /tsunX/ close to us could make reasonable claims for some interesting lore.

but yes, i technicly do not have the authority do decide such a thing on ym own so for all intents and purposes you can see me trading off /yah/ slaves to /moon/ as a proposal to be discussed and voted upon. That is more than fair. I would for example not claim to manage to kill beatani itself and maybe she died on the escape and her body did indeed get entombed in /ybc/ by some of the escaped dads. i bet the /ybc/ rep could make some ncie lore about it and in relation to "the last dad" that exist in ybc.

From what I've gathered visiting their thread and seeing Dad's talk about Beatani, it looks like their graduation was something all of them saw coming, not because of some external force, but because Beatani just no longer enjoyed streaming. It seems like the remnants of /yah/ would be mostly dispersed throughout their neighbors and their /ybc/ correspondents, the slow loss of divinity does imply a further meta discussion on what a /here/ chuuba actually is in regards to chuubas like Kiki, Bea, and Pippa and how they compare on a national level. There have been other /here/ chuubas but these are the ones that are most likely to take direct action and exist on a very destructive scale. I know there was a rule against wmd's but I think a /here/ chuuba is the exception to that and how bea would react to any conflict or potential post grad state that the Dads would have is pretty important. Her attitude towards the whole thing is pretty important since there's a good chance she'd evacuate /yah/ before the last of her divine power left her.

First and to get it out of the way, I think you can perfectly be a rival of Moriji (another one for the pile) and a powerful navy.
Now, as others mentioned, the Moriji navy is moderated by a series of factors which result in it not being able to concentrate its power in all but the most dire of circumstances.
-Moriji does not have a centralized leadership. Politically, it is divided among dozens of municipalities who rarely work together. Militarily, the Black Fleet is led by an Admiralty where the highest authority, the Admiral, has the freedom to pursue the objectives he wishes, and must convince other Admirals to join them in ventures. Most of the time, the Admirals prefer to focus on their own priorities and bicker with the other ones instead of uniting behind a single cause.
-Because the entire board hates Mori and Deadbeats, at any given time, Moriji is at war with multiple of... Sheesh, let's count them up.

So, if /~ehe/ wants to have a navy equal to Moriji's, I think you should think of ways to balance out and justify the raw power of said navy, because a navy of this size without moderating factors would be geopolitically disruptive OOC, and because in-character, a powerful navy needs a reason to exist.
I think you could also consider having the navy be locally powerful instead of being the long chuni arms of justice. A smaller force applied to a smaller area can do more damage. Whichever you want to do, I can help you hash out our rivalry and how your navy work.
