I watch Mysta & Vox sometimes especially now that Mysta's got himself a gf and doesn't care about pandering anymore.
Sonny & Fulgur are both pretty enjoyable and don't pander much.
Doppio and Ver are both decent from the new wave though Ver's zatsus have been way too sappy for my taste.

Luxiem is when I realized the vast majority of people don't watch this medium for "entertainment". Mysta is fucking hilarious and would feel right at home in any high male demographic lets play channel like Oneyplays if his interactions were anything like they are with others like Ironmouse (still the funniest SOTD episode by a mile). But because of his model and some minor pandering, he has a majority female audience with most of the remaining male audience being gay. This causes the straight men to leave because the chat makes them uncomfortable, creating an endless loop of needing to up the pandering more and more.
So to answer the question, yes I still watch them, though rarely their solo content. Generally don't have to worry about pandering if it's a big group.

I've enjoyed a couple of streams from Ike and Sunny when I happened to be awake at their usual streaming hours, which is kinda rare since they try their best to appeal to chinks like most of the males in their branch
I feel like those two tend to have interesting game choices and since their personality is already something that a fujo would be attracted to they don't need to pander too much to get their attention so to me they just feel like that one calm guy in the friend group that you can have interesting conversations with
