I'm pretty sure it's more mental, like she can't deal with the pressure of being in front of her viewers or dealing with the disappointment that happens when she takes so many long breaks on top of her health stress, so now it's actual break time from streaming itself. I'm reminded of Ina, who I also do believe was/is sick but also had kind of a pressure issue.
