The (or at least, one) problem with 1 hour 7x a week is that 0% of chubas will start a game and optimize the settings for streams prior to actually streaming. It can take up to half an hour just for them to finish fucking around with settings and start playing the damn game. Some streams start late, too. I might not mind the 1 hour approach if it was 1 full hour of content, but it wouldn't be. It would be at least 15 minutes of bullshit every time.

You list Sunday at the start of week 1, but at the end of week 2. You need to be consistent on whether you consider Sunday the first day of the week or the last. Using the American standard of Sunday as the first day:

Now suppose we have a two week period starting on Sunday the 1st, and ending on Saturday the 14th. That is 14 days. 2 sequences of Sunday through Saturday.
