Sorry to go back to the previous thread for this, and I know you were just talking generally, but I've been thinking, and this is also why I've been feeling kinda irritated and sad, specifically as a Quilldren.

I know Ike volunteers to help out with other EN members' music projects, and isn't forcing himself to say yes, but a part of me still is kinda annoyed he does so much work for them. And don't get me wrong, I don't hate the girls or other livers for getting him onboard for their projects, but I just wish they'd tell him, "No, it's okay, I already have somebody else in mind who can mix," or, "You don't have to, I can find another person." They've gotta know how much of a workload he has. It's always with him, too, like Petra's an MV maker, but I think she's only worked on a handful of other projects, like Luca's Mafia MV.

I dunno, I'm not mad at him for working on things, I know he loves music and I know he'd be working on his own stuff regardless, but at least it'd be *his* works. It's obvious he's spreading himself thin, and I'm more worried about him than anything.

sorry for this but i honestly need to get my thoughts out because it's 4 am and i can't sleep because of how anxious i am for luxiem 1 year. i just feel...so depressed that it seems like there's minimal effort in what they're doing. i think i had too high expectations for them in the first place, but after hearing mysta say he wasn't going to stream, and seeing that shu is literally playing valorant with non-luxiem members and also probably won't stream anything, i just feel hurt, and crushed. it almost feels like a big fuck you to the fans who did so many cool projects for them. i was really hoping they weren't the "success breeds laziness" type, but i can't help but feel like it's coming true, which is my worst nightmare. i wish i could shake this feeling and get over it, but like i said i think i just had too high expectations for them in the first place, but also seeing main talk about how soulless their anniversary is and how luxiem has no unity hurts too. i know i'm sensitive desu i am too sentimental for my own being (especially because luxiem has helped me through a lot this year). sorry for the doompost rant i just needed to get it off my chest and i hope i am wrong and that everyone has fun today :(

I don't think you're being overly sensitive, but in regards to success breeding laziness, I don't think that part is necessarily accurate. There's been so much going on and continuing to go on. Across the board NijiEN streamers work their asses off. Compared to new outfits, new waves, graduations, other major projects, 1 million sub celebrations, birthdays, holidays, illnesses (and don't undersell that, illness has literally been kicking the world's ass and look at the other company right now, holy shit) there's no sign of laziness to me. They will get them in winter if none of the rigging work or management planning gets in the way (or someone pulls a selen but I really doubt it), every wave so far has gotten outfits one per season, lazu in spring, obsydia (late because they asked for it) in summer, ethyria in later autumn. Honestly, I was expecting something a little more similar to Ethirya's birthday; going from one channel to another with different activities, reacting to debuts, laughing together etc. But this is also fine. I started watching NijiEN half a month after Luxiem's debut, the stream felt like going back to those times and I had a good time, I missed seeing the five of them together with their different personalities having a good time. I missed Ike's "mystaaaa" lol I also understand that they live in very different time zones and are busy with their new outfits. It is what it is.
