Maybe it's just my perception, but I feel there's a spectrum of how chat interacts with someone, with YouTube being less confrontational, more teasing, and Twitch being a little more outright "troll the streamer to get a reaction". The same spectrum exists between Japanese and English chat culture (Japanese chat being supportive with some teasing, and English chat being more outright troll-ish). So it's not a single-dimension of a spectrum, and obvious Nazuna doesn't really understand the English, but it feels like Nazuna can handle the particular mixture Twitch better than other JP chuubas would.

This is all just my own schizo opinion that I'm sure no one else shares.

The first is what she heard from Narukami. The second sounds like it's an actual video source of Delu slandering her.
When she described the Narukami info, she was calling it "screenshots" and "audio recording", but she was also talking about a video which was unrelated to Narukami. So even if that is the case, it doesn't invalidate the fact that she has actual hard evidence.
