At the very least, for the delutaya shit, remember that delu's public statement was made while consulting her lawyer, who signed off on the contents and posting it publicly. Something that sounds like you normally should not do when in this kind of situation. Just think about that.

But I do essentially agree that if a lawyer had advised Delutaya to make this situation public, then she received awful advice about how to handle this
Personally, I would hope that they can eventually issue a joint statement where Delu apologizes for having slandered her and they can at least publicly reconcile. The issue is that a lot of people are now under the assumption that Mikeneko was lying despite the fact that this is completely contrary to her personality and values

That's not how it went at all.
They talked in DMs at first. Mikeneko refused to hand over the video evidence without it going through a lawyer, which makes sense when dealing with something sensitive like this. Delutaya bombarded her DMs until Mikeneko had to give her multiple warnings that she would have to block her in self defence as it was bringing up her old trauma, which Delutaya agreed was a legitimate complaint as she had also suffered with her mental health in the past.
Delu's lawyer gets into contact with Mike's lawyer, who doesn't want to deal with this issue. Now at this point, because Mike has her blocked, Delu can't easily get back into contact with her. Instead of simply trying to find another way to get in touch with her (say, maybe getting in touch with Kson, or just dropping the issue outright), she goes off with a lawyer and spends two weeks drafting up a public statement that explicitly namedrops Mikeneko in order to force her to act. It definitely seems like a very deliberate, completely unnecessary escalation of the issue.
