The reason why a lot of indie chuubas graduate when they join a big company is because they can't juggle both things at once. Something like Hololive takes a lot of your time behind the scenes besides the time you are streaming so is understandable.

But there's a lot of chuubas that still keep their previous accounts active, so very easily someone could join hololive without having to graduate from their previous life.

The way the EN management is acting makes it look like they're avoiding female auditions and only want to push more guys for their "muh HoloProEN" dream. Drop the copium and the altar for Saint Yagoo because shit is pretty much over for HoloEN, and you shouldn't be surprised if JP7 or even ID4 drop before EN3, if we'll ever have a third Hololive EN gen to begin with.

The solid proof is how fucking long is taking for them to debut a new gen for their second most popular branch, that for their first year was actually their most popular one, while they keep pushing the other branch that is nowhere near as popular but just because it did better than their first failed attempt people say they're the biggest thing since Myth. Yeah, they could debut next month, but they could also debut in March, June or even next year if the quota for new EN gens is 1 each year and they decide to make 2023 the year for StarsEN2. From the thousands of apps they've had over the years they probably already have a shortlist of girls who potentially could make the cut. Why re-do all that work with interview rounds when they can just dust off the apps of ones who were considered top material and give them a ring. If 5 of these accept the position even though they were offered it a year later or something they don't even have to look through apps.
