I was one of those who didn't really mind them or even the once-in-a-blue-moon collab with girls when they were first announced. The sudden collab spam made me despise them. Not really for who they are personally, but for what it possibly meant for Hololive as a whole. Plus, the forced and overused Magged meme that erupted here REALLY made me fucking despise anything and everything Magni-related. If they had tried to slowly normalize collabs, then MAYBE they'd have more supporters and people like me would warm up to them gradually, but by pushing it too hard, too fast it just completely ruined any chance of that happening. Now, clear lines have been drawn and any sort of attempt will be met with hostility by half of the fandom.
