Iofi's talents are free talk and GFE, but she's an incredibly thirsty fujoshi who can't hide that she hungers for average sized jap dick. So she lost the few gachikois and gosslings she had to newer English GFE chuubas who don't interact with males. I think she's a lost cause at this point and will never recover no matter what she tries.
She's also incredibly stubborn like Anya and Risu which doesn't help.

rushia need to write a guide on how to do GFE properly and share that guide within the company. it was very obvious in iofi's case that she doesn't know what she's doing and very obvious from the management(at least the Id's management) that they don't give the talents any training regarding how to do proper fanservice as an idol.

If I were to add to the saviorfag discussion, I'd say she should start getting into something interesting and just quote catchphrases or something. Fuck, make her watch a Monty Python sketch or something because she needs a lesson in banter. Because when it comes to anything other than Zatsudans, her quips get stale fast and she's a brick when it comes to iterating on it.
Her only reason for existing now is just as social support/talking buddy for everyone she interacted with and a good conversation motor when it comes to group talks. I think this is invaluable, but it got hit hard by the inflation the zombie causes as she came in blitzkrieg-style making connections to everyone in the company and the industry.
Oh, and the last thing she would be is the one that can speak Japanese when HoloID finally goes to Japan. (let's wish for it coming true)
