Honestly the greatest vtuber of all time in terms of skill is probably Marine. She is the best collaborator I've ever seen, she can fit into any group and make everyone feel comfortable with her silly antics and charismatic personality. She's also very talented in singing, drawing, and streaming. Sure talents like Korone and Pekora are incredible solo acts, but it's Marine who possesses the rare skill of leading a group, setting the culture, and bringing out the best in others.

Marine is the heart and soul of Hololive.

Marine and Pekora are probably the best in terms of raw talent, marketability, growth, audience retention and other metrics. Korone doesn't care so much about her numbers and kinda does whatever she wants which makes her a bit more niche. She's probably the most endearing though.
