They don't save vods after a while. I think they last 60-90 days. You can get a strike on your channel for content that has already been deleted that violated copyright. There is no system in place to remove said strike until the end of 2021. As bad as youtube is, it has a better system to deal with it than twitch right now.

YouTube may have it's fair share of issues, but Twitch has all those and more to a far greater extent. Genuinely don't know if I can think of a single thing twitch does better than youtube besides more built-in methods to/incentives for donating
