Can I get some recommendations for artistically minded and dorky chuubas that aren't Ina? Thanks.

What's wrong with watching Ina?

She hates her fans. I just want an oshi that shows her fanbase the appreciation that Ina doesn't.

I would recommend a western indie I really like that's a takodachi and a drawfag, but she's on hiatus.

she had some haters because she used to make some cringe tweets but she took feedback from anons and she's really liked by the western vtuber crowd here now. When she comes out of hiatus she'll have an upgraded model, pic related.

It's the first time I've seen this thread, so I'll bite.

A long, long time ago (i.e. early 2020) I used to lurk a bit in Cesela's streams and her discord channel. She was already a "vtuber" with a 3D model rig, but this was before vtubers really blew up and the term truly became mainstream -- I only recall Cesela and Veibae regularly using 3d rigs in Twitch at the time.
Her main streams consisted of drawing art or emote commissions pretty much, and talking with chat. I also remember some karaoke and an ASMR where she was telling scary stories in the dark. Honestly my impression was that she was pretty chill, and dorky in more of a western way than an Ina way, but dorky nonetheless I suppose.

After the vtuber boom hit, she took a break and made a "re-debut" (with the same name) under a group named Prism Virtual (not to be confused with Prism Project), but I don't think it ever really took off. Which is weird because Vshoujo and Veibae did the same thing at the same time and they did take off. Just terrible luck, I guess.

Anyway, I just checked and she is streaming at the moment, so you can take a look yourself.
