I haven't fallen asleep for four hours, so my mind wandered off into weird patterns, now I'm not a writer either so I just want to post this so I can remember it later.
I fast forwarded about six months or so in my head, imagining my reps have paid off enough for me to have a rudimentary speaking ability in japanese.
Now I was at a convention, probably something smaller than comiket, coming in with some aquaintances, some of them quite a lot better than me at their jp reps. We're having a good time browsing goods and just seeing the city.

Yes, it's the biggest one, very prestigious. It's even listed as an S-tier tournament on Liquipedia unlike the previous ALGS tournaments, probably due to the prize pool being bigger than even before afaik.

I don't mind the delay and I'd absolutely love a 3-stream day for sure, I'd spend all of my days with her if it was possible. But doesn't this seem a bit like making too much promises again?
Member stream probably will take up 1-2 hours at max, not bad. Wat collab will almost surely be Apex and take up potentially very long hours and if she really feels like it she won't hesitate to delay MC again to play till morning. Regardless, she'll do one of the two till midnight if not even later.

Nobody is asking her to overwork herself or stream too much. It's fine to not make the same late night frames if they're hard to deliver. I just don't want to see the same 200-word essay tweets about how she's so tired and so sorry about not streaming and that she'll "surely do it tomorrow" even though literally everyone knows it'll just get pushed back again.
Just push it back to afternoon time or normal evening time to some day in the future and don't force it to be late night when everyone who are waiting for those streams at this point know they happen less than 50% of the time. Like legit if she said she'll push it back 2 weeks and @22JST it'd be believable and make sense but another "tomorrow late night" is just obvious it won't happen. And again, nobody is asking her to overwork herself. It's clearly hard to provide the constant late night streams so don't do them. I'm sure all her viewers would understand.

I'd like to give feedback about her handling of late night frames but unfortunately because of jp communication customs that'd be considered rude and be dismissed as almost an anti, so there's almost no point in doing so. It isn't solely thanks to vtubers. Vtubers contributed but its the overall JP streamer groups and esports teams like DTN and CR. You've got people like Shaka, Stylishnoob, Jun and etc. CR Cup and vtuber cup aren't the only community tourneys. There's stuff like streamer park and they've even invited a TSM player as a guest before (shit was kinda awkward when his JP teammates for the tourney tried to talk to him but he went to toilet and they didnt know).

Matsuri being genuine is her at her best. Of course she doesn't go into her realtalk mode very often, but every now and then when she does it's really nice. It's strangely heartwarming even.
One of my favorite moments was from a MC stream some months ago, when she started talking about confessing to someone you love and how you shouldn't skip the opportunity just because you're scared of it. What really made it memorable was the chat's response. Many of the matsurisus that you'd 99% of the time see just loveposting about Matsuri and how they want to marry her, now some of them are actually opening up about failing to confess to a girl they like/d or being rejected and the like, and Matsuri is responding to them and giving good advice and support. It's such a genuine moment.
