I was thinking about this earlier and I actually wonder if these chuubas would have been happier without the stress of being in this sort of position. I mean there's obviously some major pluses and crazy high points, but having so many people "relying" on you all the time probably isn't something you'll ever completely get used to.

>> No.38236925

It's pretty clear she doesn't like streaming anymore. It's a job to her, pretty much a chore. You ever have a thing you don't want to do, then once you're doing it, it's something like "this wasn't as bad as I thought it would be," then when you're done, you don't want to do it again? That's Gura when it comes to streaming. She's sort of it into it when it's happening, that's why she sounds excited, because she can get swept up into things, but then when it's over, she's done with it and doesn't want to do it again. She's been over streaming. She tried to get back into it in October, tried to give an effort, but it's always temporary, because her heart is not, and has not, been into it for quite a while now.

I think you might be sort of right, but at the heart of it, it's same argument I'm making. I'm saying she's just not into streaming anymore, for whatever reason.

You're saying she can't stream without some kind of "way of streaming" and she's not able to deliver that anymore in her head. Let's say you're right, and she wants to present some kind of "character" or "presentation" to her streams, and her inability to do that freely is preventing her streaming. Why can't she do that at will anymore? She's never been the "planning" or meticulous type, so whatever presentation she's trying to give has always been just from her heart. Therefore, the reason she can't do it, is because her heart isn't in it. My original reason I gave: She doesn't want to stream anymore. You've only expanded that to include "because she can't provide the presentation from her heart that she could before."

It's not about the quality of content, I mentioned before that she can sound excited while streaming, because that's the type of person she is, she gets swept into things while it's happening, she's at her best in spontaneous moments, like just winging it when she's streaming. But it's that initial hurdle of beginning the action of streaming that's become larger over time, and that's because she's increasingly not wanted to do it. She's just forcing over herself at this point to do it, and it works well enough, because her natural self lends itself well to spontaneous actions, meaning when the camera is on, she can fulfill the job. But these types of people you can't judge by their output's content, because the question is never whether "they have the ability", it's always "whether they want do it", and it's very plainly obvious she's lost that desire. More and more over time in fact.

I’m not 100% that you’re right, but I am damn well over 90% sure. If she wanted to stream, she’d do what she could to get through whatever obstacles are in the way. I highly doubt she’s straight-up lying with all of her excuses, but she sure as hell doesn’t try that hard to overcome these things that come up that keep her from streaming—otherwise she wouldn’t be gone for three weeks because of vague “tech issues.”
That shit only happens when something comes up and you drag your feet getting it fixed because you’re unmotivated enough for your ADHD or whatever to get in the way. If your PC broke and you really wanted to stream, you’d figure out a way to get that shit fixed quickly, so twitter spaces on your phone once you had the chance.
Of course Gura doesn’t care about streaming anymore. I’m not going to speculate on why, but she obviously doesn’t view things that keep her from streaming as urgent problems that need to be fixed.

PC broke is just a factor, but she had already been in the process of fixing it.

As for Gura being unmotivated, I don't really think its true, she's not even the lowest holo streaming time-wise and i doubt you'd say someone like Mio isn't motivated either, she's just going down the path of a holo who focuses more on the other things she can do within cover, she's been in all these lives and she herself said it was always her dream to be on stage.
