Peafowl land = Japan (her ancedotes sounds like the place is very first world and NOT America, and has quick access to seafood and other very japanese conveniences)
Peafowl academy = Some japanese uni/post-grad (Unlikely to be highschool because she's old as fuck)
She also has some insanely expensive hobbies and vices for an indonesian so she's definitely rich as fuck, and how casually she brings up verifably expensive things (her guitar, keyboards, her 3080 before she got a single paycheck from cover) makes it VERY obvious.

Gate Open: Start is about her starting over in Indonesia after whatever dreams she had in Japan was crushed, and finally finding happiness to a place she got isekai'd into (HoloID/Indonesia). The short version of the song was released on her debut then the full one was released a year later, and her feelings did change across the year (this is why it feels like two songs stitched together)

Indonesia also has a tight economic and diplomatic relationship with Japan, it's not unusual for rich families to send their children there.
