It’s because Yuko’s a loli with a similar sense of humor, so she’s ripe as a target for “Gura clone” attacks. I think the similarities are pretty superficial, myself. Like, of course a loli vtuber is going to say “oh nyo” a few times, that’s now a well-known phrase and any loli vtuber is going to drawn comparisons to the most famous loli vtuber in the world.
Yuko just happens to be the perfect bait material to piss off chumbuds with. And given that a lot of people in /jidf/ were pissed off at tourists for calling her a Gura clone, baitposters probably also enjoy calling Yuko a Gura clone just to annoy IdolEN watchers.
