Usually these corporate vtubers are just someone who already worked for the company, possibly already in the marketing/PR department. So even if she flops she'll just go back to her desk job.

I can't imagine corporate vtubers ever catching on as a "thing" though beyond being cute mascots they can sell merch of. I'm not sure anyone wants to watch a corporate livestream but branding them as something closer to Mickey Mouse or Gordon Gecko would be a good call.
