a ton of messages like bday requests or stream comments lose context or just grow awkward as more time passes (example, the last one when reading messages from year+ ago)
they take up space for possible endurance streams, random creative streams (and she has like 20 ideas hanging), casually hopping into other Holo streams because they're an unnecessarily huge time investment
reading the members-only messages during public readings is a terrible idea too (especially when a message can potentially reference shit only a member would know, like the identity of her song collab partners)

best solution will be always post-stream reading, if you don't have time just give them a set time window and whatever doesn't fall under it just gets a general "thank you", that's how a couple of holoJPs dealt with it

I'm Greedy was not that good but any failure there was easily blown away by Nezumi Scheme. And even looking at Shinigami Note, despite not being Mori's typical approach, some songs there were very good.
