Flare didn't like the design. Cover's policy of not giving hololive talents a choice with the model/outfit has been a disaster on several levels. They are a billion dollar corporation and they could easily reach a compromise with the talent before the model/outfit gets finalized.

If Calli gets big enough, I bet she will have more variation of pre-order bonus. Tower Records will have its own special bonus, Amazon JP will have different special bonus, etc. Most big japanese game release are like that.
