1) Staying true to the character lore

2) Staying true to the things the vtuber (or insert equivalent here) has said or done, including sexually.

3) Going in-depth on sexual stuff regardless of #2

4) Breaking the filter, regardless of #2

5) A really specific fetish (specify if it has to be with that character or not)

For me I'd say #2 ranks pretty high, but I seem to be in the minority. I'm not talking about crossing the line, but if she says she prefers X or really likes Y, I'd like it to be in there.
