The responsibility for the failure of the planning was put on Noir, and she was instructed to make side contact.

The multiple contacts with the invitation were complained to the head office as "spam" within JP.

As a result, Noir was considered a nuisance and received a severe warning, and some restrictions were also imposed on him (or was he scared?).

Noir's excuse was that EN had forced him to do it, but he was not listened to.

Noir, in a fit of pique, went to the very first person who had organised the project and asked him to convince the head office to do it.

When the other side refused to comply, he lost his temper.

The other side didn't comply, so he lost his temper and was suspended.

Noir's soul is seriously pissed off that he is considering quitting in some cases, and declares that he will not deliver for more than three weeks unless the situation improves, although he says the suspension is for two weeks.
