Aloe's suspension was more Cover trying to hide her after that one video pre holo surfaced where she implied that Niji was a black company. The other is a result of actions that lead to a party within Cover Corp being affected (staff, management, talents). Obviously the latter internal suspension is a much much bigger deal and should have been handled internally and not publicly. My guess is this is to soften the blow before they eventually fire Vesper. I don't see any other reason to publicly announce this.
