tl;dw: The live almost didn’t happen, when it got greenlit management cut her live down drastically. Half of her guest list got cut and her solos were cut as well.

Now anon, I’m sure you have a brain so you can probably figure this one out, but Gura’s live didn’t start for 8 minutes, with a merch + ending screen of 3 1/2 minutes. Throw in how each talk segment was around 1-2 minutes (totaling around 6 minutes lets say), and you had close to 18 minutes of inactivity in her live. Her 3D live was 48 minutes… In other words, 30 minutes of actual performing and 18 minutes of filler to try and bloat the live up because they cut so much out.

I say the initial “must limit to one hour, must stream on West Coast primetime” led to a lot of their audience to be shared and passed from hand to hand, from stream to stream.
You can see that when they overlap, the combined audience is a small multiple of what they get individually instead of proportional to the sum of their individual audience.

That “box” even had a self given moniker: “tempura” for Tempus fans. And they are put through a trial by fire too because, frankly, nobody wanted boys on HoloEN and supporting Tempus is a radical activity that goes against the grain.
