For the band musicians it must be easier to have the performance on 2 different days from an endurance perspective.
But for people who have to go to the venue it may be easier to stay 1 full day instead of 2.

I think Sora wants people to watch her 2 performances and to enjoy it, so she focused on making this easier for the fans and having different songs in them.

There is the #vsinger tag that I've seen people on the JP side use though I don't know how much of that was nia just copying one person or a common thing, and in addition to what the other anon mentioned, you also have a couple of hub personalities like AZKi, Kanade Kanon, Peanuts, and Yfu Baby, for the EN scene, that make a big effort to network with and feature a wide range of people in their content. AZKi's old DSTM and it's spiritual successor in Kanon's Vouchi in particular were amazing for letting anyone who had an original submit.

It doesn't matter which aspect of music you would have skills in even, everything from sound mixing through playing instruments to actual singing has it's own chuuba scenes you could network in in order to promote songs you find!
