Yes, but holox interacts with the rest of the JP branch, features in their merchandise, has other material about them (like the manga), is in HoloGra, and is overall a part of Hololive and it’s merch and branding.
Meanwhile, if you got rid of EN, most of Japan wouldn’t even notice, except people *maybe* going, “Oh, hey, EN’s gone. That’s really weird. Huh. Oh well, time to catch AsaKoyo before going to work.”
Much of this is EN’s own fault, but Cover management definitely didn’t do them any favors.

Nta, and I mostly agree with your point. That said, I can’t help but notice that there were more collabs with JP at the start of Myth before that fell off.
Whose fault it is at this point is irrelevant. Cover should probably bite the bullet and tell them all that they’re going to get sidelined more and more unless they remind the JP audience they exist. As for Gura, her ccv’s are nice, but they have a limited impact since her fans are so secluded. Your fee-fees were hurt because of the Amogus collab? Tough shit. If they could fire Rushia to preserve the company’s image, they can certainly afford to not give a shit about Gura graduating and take the risk (make the EN branch do more shit with JP).
That said, this is probably more likely to work if Cover shows that it’s willing to change. Actually get to work on the outfits, either start flying them to Japan more to do stuff with the 3D models and with HoloGra and their other work, or start a local office to do that shit.
Even if it doesn’t do a thing to make Myth and Council start caring, it might improve the caliber of candidates who apply for EN3.

Cover treating all of the hololive talents fairly was always a lie but the difference in support between Council and HoloX shows that they no longer even try to hide their favoritism. Whether it is outfits, 3D models, or promotional events they are going all out in their support for HoloX. The recession is getting worse so this might make sense in terms of money but it has to be hurting morale in the EN branch.
