If your looking for a specific clip and it's not in her VODs, then it may be a collab which was not archived on her channel. There are lots of Polka collabs that are like that.

I'd say 3 big things stand out to me.

The first is that Polka is really adventurous with her content. From her unique and elaborate improv bits during a Duolingo stream to some of her recent projects like Polka Radio and Legend of Polka, he really likes trying out new stuff. It's hard not to be impressed with someone trying so hard to find something new to entertain you.

Second is her voice. Polka's voice is incredibly unique and she's done her reps to expand what it's capable of. She can do tons of unique voices (each of which when paired with the speech patterns she can create on a dime would be good enough to qualify as their own Holo) and her singing is just dripping with feeling.

Lastly, Polka really, really, *really* loves being a Vtuber. She loves the job, she loves idols, she loves her coworkers and she loves her fans. She has so much love in her heart for every aspect of what she does and it radiates in both large and small ways from everything she does. Getting so much of that love for myself by supporting her is a joy.

I love Polka!

For me, personally, it's how much she can get into everything, which is a quality I actually envy.
She stuck to playing Rice Loli even if it debuffed numbers like nothing else, even crying with the ending. She comes up with bits and entire projects and just rides them until she can't get any more juice out of them. She starts singing and just doesn't stop until she HAS to.
She can somehow approach any holo and make collabs work, for example look at any of her improptu collabs or how she steered Kiara's collab from a technical difficulty mess.

It took me a bit to get her membership but I haven't regretted it, it's worth it.
Some may say other holos are better at singing or being comedic, but Polka doing all of that just hits closer since we see her emotional lows. You end up invested.

That's not how these thing work. Even if cover buys the rights from her it's more like a limited time exclusive license where Cover gets to use it and get the lions share of the profits but she gets royalties. And after the contract expires after x years then all rights revert back to her. This is standard practice.

Reading obscure German Literature with Polka!

The title of the video appears to be in reference to the short story "Jugendgedenken" by Hermann Hesse. It seems to be required reading for 1st Year Middle Schools students in Japan (12-13 year olds).

Although Emile acknowledged the rarity of the Purple Emperor, he pointed out the weakness of the spreading technique and the missing legs, and gave it a scathing evaluation of "20 Pfennigs at most," which discouraged me from ever showing it to him again.

Tormented by a sense of guilt, I turned around and tried to put it back, but found it crushed in my pocket, and despaired to the point of tears.
