So aside from her personality which can't be fixed, the reason her collabs suck is because she sucks a multi-tasking. After she says her part instead of listening to the other person/people and actually processing what they're saying so she can have a back and forth for entertainment value from the interaction she is instead looking over at the 2nd monitor and reading what her own chat is saying or reading notes for topics in middle of the collab. When things don't go the way she wants or chat says something she doesn't like she gets too focused on it internally shuts down and mentally checks out.
