The more I think about it, I don't think she's ever had an actual pure break to unwind. Every time she's had one, she's either flown cross-country or to Japan and ends up sick or needing to chill out when she gets back after extended socialization with a group. This might be the first time she can actually just sit around and relax for an extended period of time. I hope it's what she needs to come back rejuvenated, it's been sad to hear about her feeling so overwhelmed and struggling lately. I wish she didn't have to worry about catching up with work, though.

I doubt they're getting 3D debuts this soon. They announced Hana's nearly a month in advance and Elira said she'll only be gone for a few weeks. They would have officially announced them by now. Besides, I'm pretty sure Finana's only on break for a few days and I don't think Pomu has mentioned any upcoming breaks for herself. Elira wouldn't be the only one going if 3D debuts were coming so soon. She's been struggling for a few months now, she just needs a break and I'm almost certain that it doesn't have to do with 3D.

Pomu announced on members that she is going to be out of town for "a while" starting on Sunday, but she'll be bringing her laptop with her so she can still stream. If it was just for a short period of time (a week or less), she would just post daily shorts on her channel instead of trying to stream. I can't think of any reason she would be out of town for longer than a week outside of going to Japan for 3D - her grandma is in a retirement home close to her mom so neither of them are moving, her sister is married w/ kids so they wouldn't need Pomu's help with anything, if she was going to hang out with friends I doubt it would be for more than a week.

Probably for the same reason everyone was secretive about being in Japan for NijiFes, and even Pomu/Selen/Rosemi's Japan vacation after - they don't want people to ambush them at the airports.
Also, I re-listened to Pomu's membership stream, and when talking about getting a new laptop, she said "I want to do more than just zatsudans for the weeks [plural] that I'll be gone". I can't think of any reason why she would be out of town for 2+ weeks other than for 3D.

To add to this, when JPs prepare for 3D, they are able to go into the office to get used to the 3D, prepare, practice, etc. ahead of time, so their schedule isn't as heavily impacted. All the ENs (sans Yugo) would need to be in Japan for an extended period of time even before their 3D debuts to make sure everything is prepared.

Elira hasn't been taking care of herself because this is the first time that she's felt so strongly about something (being in Nijisanji/NijiEN) that she hasn't stopped to think about managing her health. She hasn't really slowed down since debut to focus on her well-being. She's also been dealing with a number of non-work related issues. I'm more confident, though, after her chatting during this stream that she'll come back refreshed, she seems to understand that she's at her limit and how she needs to recover.
