Hypokalemia secondary to what? Usually it is due to Renal Tubular Acidosis and that shit is easy to treat with just Sodium Citrate and some Potassium supplement. Even if it is due to Gitelman syndrome it is easily managed with high salt diet. Usually the symptoms of HypoK is weakness of the body which Miko never manifest. Also if you have persistent hypokalemia your doctors should do further workup to find out the cause, and iirc it won't cause secondary (not primary, primary means essential) hypertension. Persistent nexplained hypoK is not a satisfactory answer to discharge a patient. Also usually this condition only require at most a week of hospital stay when it happens.

They still didn't find their footing and it's not looking like they have any idea of how to do that.
4) Like HoloJP but for different reasons, VSPO also started their recline mid September with a poor FPS season all around (APEX, Valo) and with Splatoon 3 and OW2 failing to carry the rest of the year.
They still didn't find a solution for that
