i know toko did the ringo/hikaru duet with kanade mimi but that song isn't a great showcase of either toko's talent, let alone a good sheena ringo song.

Uten Hiyori often does endurance karaoke streams where she sings 60+ songs. Many of them are the usual vtuber repertoire but just by the nature of having such a large setlist more difficult/rarer songs slip their way in.

I don't think anyone can nail Sheena's upper-range power like Suisei. Tsumi to Batsu always feels like second nature to her, and that's scary.
(Really I'm just hoping she'll sing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UW9oR-fdqE someday, it's Sheena's best song.)

The song has an English translation, and people in the comments worked out some words from that (ex. Shallys means Lantern), but there's no official syntax guide or anything like that.
