What's the difference? People barely talk about Nijisanji unless you live in Japan. I didn't see that much talk about the new KR members that came out like a week or maybe a little over a week ago.

Good that it's finally coming out after being absent for months. They big question is how well they will boost the other branches like what happened with HoloEN, which, based on previous track records, I don't see happening. Just seems like the Niji branches only help the members within their own branches with very little crossover.

Maybe not to that degree because it the amount of success was just insane, but they do have the immense advantage of the Hololive brand and all the perks that come with it. NijiEN has pretty much no foothold in the western market so they would have to pull some houdini magic to actually make a impact. It's not going to be easy I guess.

Here's my prediction for what's gonna happen.
There will be some somewhat big initial hype, the debuts will get pretty good numbers and they'll gain a decent number of subs and views for a bit. I think everyone using the recent Korean debuts as a guideline for how many viewers they'll have is misguided. That was what, the third, fourth generation of NijiKR? The "hype" died down for that branch a long time ago. On the other hand you have NijiEN, a shiny and new branch, with cool American English and not the nationalistic Jap's mortal enemy the Gooks. Even clips where Hana from the ID branch speaks English have a decent amount of views. I think this'll be their biggest foreign branch debut by far.
