It's ok, I guess. But it's an odd thing to cover, since it is a vocaloid song and it was written with a vocaloid singing it in mind. Like many more modern vocaloid songs, it doesn't really make sense for a real person to be singing it.

What are you basing this on? I've been out of the vocaloid scene for years so maybe there's been a recent trend of (nearly) unsingable songs, but compared to earlier songs I really don't see why King can't be covered by humans.

I can't stand most japanese pop music because they heavily autotune the artist when their actual voice was already great.
I want to hear actual vocals, not artificial bullshit
There's nothing wrong with autotune or pitch correction on studio releases, but the problem is the extent of it's presence

Risu's cover is "good" because she can actually sing, she's a legitimately good singer live and without vocal processing.
Much of hololive are actually.
Like I said, the issue is on the mixing.
There's a reason in the music industry whether western or eastern that audio engineers are fucking vital and can make or break a song.

The reason is that the composition is created with the vocaloid in mind, the specific sound of the vocaloid's voice is also usually heavily altered.
Vocaloid composition treats the vocaloid as an instrument to an extent where it doesn't make sense for an actual singer.
