From what I saw it involved setting up traps, activating them when you think the other player was nearby?
And even though the language barrier was still there, it was worth it for how CUTE they were

What i got myself was that there were two sides, red vs blue, and there were orbs hidden around a smallish map of each color. The goal was finding the orb of your color and bring it to an altar in the map (i'm pretty sure the altar also warped position every minute or so). The orbs were hidden in cabinets and such and you could put traps in them that activated when the other person (or even yourself, since Ame got caught in some of her own traps) opened them.

Oh and they were invisible to each other but if you guessed where they were and "shoot" them you spooked them and got points.

Anyway everything gave you points, getting an orb was the most points but spooking the other player, successfully trapping them and finding little trinkets all gave you points too, at the end whoever had the most points won.

Seems kinda fun, not gonna buy it or anything but i guess the constant trapping and spooking worked on the positive side of the language barrier.

I watched both povs and one thing Ame said (I can't find any orb!) on the last round made a lot of sense after seeing Roboco play, because she was grabbing all the orbs and hiding them in the corners of the room.

The thing about Amelia is that she makes the most of the medium. Mori and Ina honestly could do a lot of the same stuff without being vtubers, although obviously there would obviously be less viewers. Gura probably needs to be a vtuber, but she doesn't really care about production values and is able to get by on her personality. Kiara probably needed the boost the most, and while her outfit is nice, she really doesn't use it like Amelia does. The best thing for everyone is that the casual outfits make it so it doesn't seem like they're trying to play a character, which they all suck at anyway.

One thing Gura does better than Ame is expressions. Gura is always ready with the right expressions for a given moment. I especially like how quick and subtle she is with the blush in certain situations. Meanwhile, Ame is all smiles even when she’s about to rage quit in Mario.
