Her voice being incredibly high-pitched and cute-sounding and her character design being a loli means that every person watching her will find her incredibly sexually desirable, which is not a trait that every girl has. That along with happening, by pure chance, to share an artist with the absolute most popular vtuber in the entire world right now gave her an even larger popularity boost.
