Based on the video in the OP, the fruits have a taste for formerly living produce. It probably tastes like life. It is possible that such twisted tastes developed due to the constant repetition of kino after kino and being "resurrected" by Dane Boe. Imagine witnessing the death of your friends only for them to be revived with no explanation whatsoever. Imagine being killed in the most gruesome ways possible only for you to be revived with no explanation. The first time would be filled with dread. After a hundred times, the soul becomes numb to the horrors. The concept of death in the kitchen is now rotten and, along with it, the value of life. To them, life and death are merely tastes.

One can only imagine the horror and terror the main cast impose upon the residents of the kitchen. They can and will choose someone to die to satiate their empty hearts and stomachs. The unfortunate will be slaughtered in the most esoteric yet painful methods. Despite the gore and viscera, the fruits laugh and make puns around the mangled corpse. They will start chaos and violence while feasting. When its all over, the cycle repeats. With the current situation, there are characters that embrace the certainty of a violent end. Hell, even at the end of the video, we see a lot more oranges with the EXACT same personality as annoying orange.
This means every member of a species of fruit HAS the same personality as the other members.
This is why I believe we see a new set of main character fruits every episode. They keep the same personality because of their species.
