I'm not sure about that. I'm at the point that I believe that Cover mixes live and prerecorded performances to make sure everything is perfect and it feels like it was live. It's easy to exchange the live rendering with a prerecorded video while the screen is dark. We'll never see any interaction with the audience during the performance. But in between there's a chance. But it's also possible to prerecord everything and risk awkward moments or timing issues.
I'm pretty convinced that Okayu's sitting on a comfy chair watching her own performance and how the audience reacts ready to step in if anything goes wrong. There's a chance that it's possible to figure out if she's exhausted but you can imagine that even that is easy to fake.
People are paid for a good show so my reason again: Why risk anything if you can play it safe?

I stopped watching chuubas in early or mid 2018 as I focused on work/school/games/anime. When chuuba discussion started picking up again in IRC in early to mid 2020, I was pretty against chuubas because it had moved to a mostly streaming format. But then some of the clips they posted interested me enough I gave it a chance in late 2020 and loved watching the cat. Now I enjoy most of JP.
Kinda sucks I didn't give it a shot earlier. Some of that discussion was during 4th gen 3D debuts, so I missed catching Towa's debut live. That live was almost perfect. If only the camerman didn't focus so much on the backup dancers for like 50% of the time they were on stage. It was really disorienting and kinda sad when they would pan back to Okayu and you'd miss or only catch the end of her moves.

A concert venue involves planning, staff, payment for tickets, rules and expectations that they be kept, seats to sit to enjoy the performance, among other things.
Parties are just to go have fun, usually at someone's place, or maybe at a venue made for that rented by the host. You know, different from one for a concert. Typically you wouldn't pay to go to a party.
Alternatively there are rave type events, kind of a mix between the two, not necessarily limited to raves but that's just what comes to my mind. Honestly I feel like this is the kind you are talking about but trying to apply to the type of concert Okayu just had.
